Our Process
The process typically begins with a conversation with a member of the consulting team. We then use 3 phases to formulate clear plans and expectations, which can vary in their depth and complexity based on the organization and its goals. Here is a high-level snapshot of a few key elements in each phase:
Discovery Phase (I)
- We get curious together.
- Conduct confidential one-on-one interviews with the leadership team and staff – providing insight into perspectives across the organization.
Delivery Phase (II)
- Collaborate on designing and scheduling on-site sessions for the team, based on the results and themes identified from the interviews.
- Facilitate on-site sessions.
Evaluation Phase (III)
- Hold a virtual recap session where the organization reports on the initial progress of implementing deliverables identified during the on-site facilitation.
- Evaluate the experience and define any potential next steps.
